What is the nearest train station?
The closest DLR station is Custom House Excel, which is a short 2 min walk from the yacht
How far is the hotel from Central London?
We are located 30 minutes by public transport from London Bridge.
When can I check in to the hotel?
You can check in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your baggage in the hotel’s baggage area until your room is ready. If the room has been cleaned and is ready before 15:00, you may have access to the room earlier.
When do I have to check out of the hotel?
The room is yours until 11:00 on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later than 11:00, please contact reception. Please be aware of our additional charge for late check-out.
Which debit/credit cards can I use?
You can pay with the same cards that are accepted at reception; Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners.
What should I do if I have not received my receipt by e-mail?
If you have not received a receipt for your stay via e-mail, you must contact the hotel by e-mail or telephone. Contact information for the hotel can be found on the hotel website.

Does the hotel have a car park?
The hotel does not have a car park. Only a few blue badge holder spaces. Blue badge holder spaces are limited, and they are on a first come first serve basis.
Can I park outside the hotel?
Only blue badge holders can park outside, in the designated bays, in they are available.
Where is the nearest car park?
The nearest car park is located at the ExCeL Exhibition Centre, which is a 2 min walk away from our hotel. All onsite parking is pay and display, with the exception of the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park, which is located at the West end of the site. Parking in the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park can be paid for at one of the three pay points located within the car park at the end of your visit (the machines are located on level two and level zero and all machines accept both cash and credit card). Parking across these locations is £20 for up to 24 hours. This tariff is applicable for the following locations – Royal Victoria multi-storey car park, Under-croft parking (Orange and Purple) and the East Car Park.
Do we need to wear a mask at the hotel?
We recommend for the guests to were masks in all public places.
What happens if London goes into lockdown?
If the hotel must close due to UK Government guidelines, we will be happy to offer a date change or a full refund. If the government closes down the restaurants and bars, we will have an extensive room service menu available for you to enjoy.
What happens if the area where I live goes into lockdown?
We will do everything in our power to move your booking to suitable date for you.
Facilities that are available in the hotel
We have Sundown Bar and Land End Restaurant available for you to enjoy with some amazing views of the O2 and Canary Warf Skyline.
Facilities that are not available in the hotel
Our sister yacht in Gibraltar has a swimming pool and the casino available on board, unfortunately we do not have these facilities available in London.
